Description:
This is a lovely house with a deep view of the water, looking over Lucy Vincent Beach, Squibnocket and Nomans Island. The view is great from the deck as well as from the living room, dining area and kitchen, which are all on the first floor. Also on the first floor is a powder room and a small bedroom with bunk beds. The second floor of the house has the master bedroom, which has an even more amazing water view, a third bedroom and a bath. The lowest level of the house has a fully finished family room, a great space for a study or for kids to play.

The grounds around the house have been recently landscaped and are very special. The house is flanked by a great stone wall that abuts a lovely flower bed. On the west side of the house is a small grove of apple trees and behind the house is a great outdoor shower, enclosed with an old stone floor. There are hydrangea, rhododendron, beach roses and oak trees around the house. The house has recently been redone with blue-grey shingles and white trim.

The house has a separate driveway from the main house, and its own permits for Lucy Vincent and other coveted Chilmark beaches. The house is five minutes from Lucy Vincent, and only a few minutes further from the Chilmark Community Center and Menemsha. Maid service is available. Beds: 1 queen, 4 twins.
