Edgartown - Mockingbird Garden

Located approximately 3 miles from 3 different beaches  in the Dodger's Hole section of Edgartown, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home provides all of the necessary amenities for a wonderful family vacation.  The house has a large spacious floor plan, which includes a cathedral ceiling and a large outdoor deck off of the connecting kitchen, dining room and living room. The deck looks out into the forest behind the house. The deck is furnished with outdoor dining and lounging furniture and a charcoal grill. The deck can be accessed through French doors from the living room and the back bedroom. There is an enclosed outdoor shower at the end of the deck on the side of the house.

The home is equipped with all of the necessities including a fully supplied kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove/oven, filtered drinking water, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, etc.  In the living room you have a 27” television connected to Adelphia cable, VCR, and small stereo system with am/fm tuner, tape and CD players as well as an assortment of CD's. There is a new washer and dryer located in the full basement (assuming you might need to do a little work while on vacation). The water conditioning system and water heater are also located in the basement. There are three furnished bedrooms each nicely decorated. The master bedroom has a king-size canopy bed and private full bathroom. The second bedroom  has a trundle bed that sleeps 2 and a full closet. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and a full closet, it also has the sliding french style door onto the back deck with a view of the woods. The main bathroom is also a full bath.

Take advantage of the flexible weekly rentals (from Sunday to Sunday, or mid-week) or rent the house for a weekend retreat! There is also a year round caretaker located on the island should you have any unexpected emergency while enjoying your stay on the Vineyard.
