bathroom, are wheelchair-accessible; pull-out living room couch
accommodates elderly or wheelchaired overnight guests.Rental includes access
to two excellent private beaches: 1) on Menemsha Pond, below the house,
and 2) on the pristine South Shore, which provides both surf and pond
beachfront. The Chilmark town beach,"Squibnocket,"
is also within walking distance. Boat-owners or -renters: inquire about
use of the property's nearby private mooring. The adjacent main house
(sleeps 10) house may be rented, additionally. |
