This single story house has all the comforts and is lovingly decorated
and well furnished. It is owned by an avid fisherman who has some
great trophy fish on the walls to display. The kitchen is equipped
for simple meals or fine cuisine. There is a nice table with chairs
right in the kitchen, and also a larger dining table on on side
of the living room that has cathedral ceilings and sliders out
to a nice deck. You can see the blue of the ocean glittering through
the leaves, and there is a wonderful, well maintained lawn around
the deck and side of the house, plus a good outdoor shower to
rinse the salt off after a day at the beach. Lobsterville beach
is only a quick .4 mile, or a very easy bikeride away. This is
a great beach for children and adults alike, it is wonderful for
swimming always, never has currents or high waves, and the fishing
is almost legendary. This carefree, inviting home is priced reasonably,
and year after year is frequented by the same guests, so there
are ever only a couple of weeks open.
